Changed Your Mind? (Private Individual Sales Only)

Not quite what you expected? No problem. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Just let us know within that window and we'll arrange your refund.

You're responsible for the safe return, including tracked postage, until the item reaches us. Please get in touch for a returns number before sending anything back. We must receive the item within 14 days of issuing your returns number, otherwise we're unable to process a refund and the item will be returned to you at your cost.

Purchased Through a Marketplace or Third Party?

If your item was purchased through a marketplace or third-party seller, please contact them directly to arrange any returns or exchanges. They'll handle your request in line with their own policies.

Missing Parts or Items?

If something is missing from your delivery, please let us know within 48 hours and we'll get it sorted. After 48 hours, we may not be able to replace missing items free of charge, so don't hang about!

Received a Faulty Item?

Please report any faults within 24 hours of delivery so we can act quickly. All Fridja products (excluding parts) come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If a fault arises within that period, we'll repair or replace the item — or refund you if a replacement isn't possible.

If a fault occurs within two months of delivery, we'll cover the return and replacement shipping. After this period, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Replacement parts carry a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Need to Cancel?

If you'd like to cancel an order, please get in touch before it reaches our distribution centre. We'll refund you for the product, taking any handling or logistics costs into account. If your order is already on its way, cancellation may incur delivery and return fees.

If your goods arrive damaged, please let us know within 24 hours and include photos where possible. We'll assess the situation quickly and arrange a collection, replacement, or refund.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically take 7–10 business days to process after we receive your return.

Your consumer rights apply in full. You're entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if any Fridja product doesn't meet your expectations.
