Change of mind – Private Individual Sales only
If by chance you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Returned items must be unopened and unused and sent back with all supplied Fridja accessories and packaging.
If once we receive the item back it has been opened a repacking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund. If the item has been used 25% will be deducted from the refund.
You are responsible for the condition of your goods, cost of return and tracking of the returned goods until they reach us. You must obtain an official returns number before any item is returned to us.
Missing Parts/Items
If any items or parts are missing from the order, please let us know within 48 hours of your delivery and we will send them out immediately. Any missing items reported after 48 hours can not be replaced free of charge.
Faults?
All our goods are supplied with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of normal use and maintenance. If your goods develop a fault within this period, we will repair or replace the item. If we cannot do this we will refund your actual purchase price.
If goods become defective within three months of delivery, we will pay for the return of the faulty items and delivery of the replacement. After this time, we will not pay for the return of the faulty items. Should you send the item to us, we are not able to refund your costs.
Need to Cancel?
You may cancel your order anytime before the order has reached our distribution warehouse. We would then refund you the amount paid for the product except possible handling and logistic costs. After that time, cancellations made through refusal of delivery will be liable to delivery and return costs. Please contact us if you wish to change the delivery address, phone numbers or other pertinent information. Such changes are subject to approval by Fridja Ltd. and may incur additional costs.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage. The claim will be assessed, and if approved we will arrange for the goods to be collected and we will replace or refund as necessary.
All refunds are made to the original purchase account without exception. Please allow 7-10 working days for refunds to realise.

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty.
