Returns Policy

Don’t like it?

If by chance you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us within seven days of delivery for a refund. Returned items must be unused and sent back with all supplied Fridja accessories and packaging. You are responsible for the condition of your goods, cost of return and tracking of the returned goods until they reach us, so pack your items carefully to prevent damage in transit.

Missing Parts?

If any parts are missing from the box, please let us know within 4 weeks of your purchase and we will send them out immediately.


All our goods are supplied with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of normal use and maintenance. If your goods develop a fault within this period, we will repair or replace the item. If we cannot do this we will refund your actual purchase price.

If goods become defective within three months of delivery, we will pay for collection of the faulty items and delivery of the replacement. After this time, we will not pay to collect faulty items. Should you send the steamer to us, we are not able to refund your costs.

Changed Your Mind?

You may cancel your order anytime before the order has reached our distribution warehouse. We would then refund you the amount paid for the product except possible handling and logistic costs. After that time, cancellations made through refusal of delivery will be liable to delivery and return costs. Please contact us if you wish to change the delivery address, phone numbers or other pertinent information. Such changes are subject to approval by Fridja Ltd. and may incur additional costs.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage. The claim will be assessed, and if approved we will arrange for the goods to be collected and we will replace or refund as necessary.

All refunds are made to the original purchase account without exception. Please allow 7-10 working days for refunds to realise.

Your legal rights for items bought at Exhibitions

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty.

Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us at your own cost with the original receipt within 7 days and we will offer you a refund. If we find any item has been used once we receive it back it will be returned to you.
